Certified K-12 Teacher (certified K-5 in Georgia), Masters in Education from the prestigious Bank Street College of Education in New York City. One year teaching kindergarten at Johnson & Johnson World Headquarters in New Brunswick, New Jersey, 8 years + tenure in a district in Bergen County, New Jersey, and 1 year teaching 2nd grade in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

In-depth knowledge of cutting-edge technologies, curriculum design, and content delivery.

Grew a national civics education department from inception (2009) to virtual delivery (2010) using Skype, Elluminate, YouTube, WebEx, live polls, and streaming video at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library.

Educated teachers (2003) on the use of video conferencing to enhance classroom instruction through graduate-level courses as an adjunct professor for the New York Institute of Technology.

Spearheaded the Intrepid Museum’s project to launch distance learning programs (2001) for delivery to schools nationwide, a solution to the no-travel ban placed on even local schools after the World Trade Center attacks.

And above all, loved my students and – they had some pretty great feedback on me (see above).
